My name is Kaitlin Lavender.

 

I am homeschooled, so the grade I'm in depends on the subject. I do both 10th grade work and college courses, so life can be crazy.

I am a Seventh-Day Adventist Christian, which means I go to church on Saturday, don't eat certain foods, and love Jesus! A lot of my posts will have something about my faith in them, and I hope to help inspire others to be bold and share their faith. If you have any questions about being a Seventh-Day Adventist, or a Christian in general, please reach out to me. I have seven younger siblings (that's right, seven!), and I'm always hanging out with them and being crazy. We love playing outside, watching movies together, and just being goofy.

I am a born-and-raised Texan. I love living in Texas (until summer hits and I start melting), and I don't plan to move anytime soon. 

​

I am a 4-H girl. I am currently the President of our club and the county's Reporter, so don't be surprised if you see some 4-H posts!

Hmm, what else can I tell y'all? Well, I used to live out in the country, but we had to move recently. At one time, I had over 100 chickens, 6 ducks, and 50+ rabbits, so if you need animal advice, I'm your girl! We're planning to move to the country again soon, and the plan is to get goats, horses, chickens, rabbits, cows, and maybe a few sheep. Keep an eye out for updates!

My goal in life is to breed and train horses, specifically Paints. I currently ride with my grandmother and watch every training video I can get my hands on, and I'm trying to get an internship with a local breeding farm so that I can get some experience.
